CULT OF OCCULT: i dettagli sul nuovo LP

I francesi Cult of Occult hanno annunciato l'imminente uscita del loro quarto album in studio, seguito di Five Degress of Insanity (2015).

Il nuovo capitolo si intitola Anti Life, è composto da quattro brani e sarà disponibile a partire dall'1 giugno su Music Fear Satan.

Blackened-Sludge/Doom

Suddiviso tra tematiche esistenzaliste ed oggettivamente irritanti "Five Degrees of Insanity" è la descrizione meticolosa e perseverante dell'anti-vita nonchè il punto cruciale, su cui è costruito questo nuovo lavoro dei Cult Of Occult.
L'attitudine nera e nichilista che li caratterizza, era chiara anche nei precedenti album ma ad oggi sembra esplodere completamente espandendosi a pieno regime. 

Gli enigmatici musicisti di Lione, dimostrano di non soffermarsi solo alla titletrack ma di saper manipolare brutalmente e cucire a misura per ogni brano un'atmosfera d'impatto estremo, attraverso una continua ricerca di tonalità mutevoli che si confrontano tra blackned-sludge e doom ma senza mai ingabbiarsi nel genere.
