"Vorremmo rivolgere un sentito ringraziamento per la straordinaria quantità di sostegno ricevuta la scorsa settimana. Molti di voi hanno chiesto se c'era bisogno d'aiuto per saldare le spese mediche di Athon e se potevano fare qualsiasi cosa per aiutare. Al momento sono state coperte. Tuttavia un aiuto economico è sempre ben accetto. Athon era una persona molto altruista a cui piaceva aiutare il prossimo. Athon ha svolto un ruolo molto importante nella ristrutturazione della casa del suo amico bassista Jason Statts dopo che rimase paralizzato a causa di una ferita d'arma da fuoco, si è sempre interessato che il suo amico ascoltasse buona musica, o semplicemente che avesse compagnia. Anthon ed il suo amico Keith Kozel hanno contribuito per dieci anni ad allestire il Jinx Bar per la festa di Halloween. A Keith è stata recentemente diagnosticata una malattia degenerativa del rene, e lui ha un disperato bisogno di un trapianto. Mentre le spese mediche di Athon sono state saldate quelle della sua ragazza Emily no. Ha supito un intervento chirurgico e si appresta ad intraprendere una lunga strada di riabilitazione fisica ed emotiva. Così, nello spirito di Jonathan Athon, ti chiediamo di contribuire a questo fondo che dividerà i proventi tra Jason, Keith ed Emily. Aiuta Athon a continuare ad aiutare le persone. "We would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to the overwhelming amount of support received in the past week. Many of you have been inquiring about Athon's medical bills and how you can help. As of now, they are covered. However, we would still like you to contribute if you can. Athon was a very giving person, and he thoroughly enjoyed helping others with his endless skill sets. Athon played a very large role in the renovation of fellow bassist and friend Jason Statts' home after he was paralyzed from a gunshot wound, and he regularly checked in on Jason to listen to music, grill out, or just provide company. Athon and his friend Keith Kozel worked together over the last decade every October to prepare the Jinx bar for their annual Halloween extravaganza. Keith was recently diagnosed with a degenerative kidney disease, and he is in dire need of a transplant. While Athon's medical expenses have been covered, his girlfriend Emily's have not. She has undergone surgery and faces a long road to recovery both physically and emotionally.
